Extending your stay

Medium-term rental contract
Before check-in, a medium-term rental contract is signed and documents are provided for everyone staying. It is not suitable as a permanent residence.
Security deposit
For stays of more than 11 nights, the security deposit is refunded within 10 working days of departure, provided the apartment is in the same condition as when it was handed over.
Parking
Parking is available on request, subject to availability. In any case, it is usually easy to park on the street.
