From start to finish our experience was of the highest standard. The host is exceptional, very accommodating, considerate and understanding of our needs - and we had a few during our three-week stay! The apartment was perfect. Everything was extremely clean and tidy, the interior is very stylish and it was great to have views of the mountains too. Before arrival you must complete online check-in, providing the documents required for guest registration under current regulations.
Only a valid ID card or passport. There is no need to print anything.
Check-in is between 16:00 and 20:30.
Keys are handed over in person, at a time agreed with you beforehand.
Check-out must be before 12:00. You don't need to check out in person. We only ask you to:
20% on signing the contract to confirm the booking. The remaining 80% plus a €300 security deposit are paid 15 days before arrival.

It is an amount of €300 per apartment requested for stays of more than 11 nights to cover possible damage or breaches.
It is not a legal rental bond. It is returned within 10 days of departure, once the apartment has been checked.
If any accidental damage occurs, please contact The Top Host immediately.
We will assess the damage and, if necessary, its cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
If the booking is made 2 days or less before arrival, the full amount is paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable in any case.
For holiday stays (under 11 nights) the apartment is handed over clean and ready, with bed linen and towels.
For medium-term rentals (11 nights or more), cleaning during the stay is not included in the price. If you need it, we offer cleaning and a change of sheets and towels on request, at an extra charge.
Yes, Apartamento La Salera has a cot available on request, subject to availability. We recommend requesting it in advance. Studios Nox and Sand have a maximum capacity of 2 people.
No. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Breaking this rule carries a €100 penalty.
Guests must behave in a civil and respectful way, following the building's community rules.
In case of serious breaches (noise, parties, inappropriate behaviour), The Top Host reserves the right to require immediate departure from the apartment without compensation.
